Return & Exchange Policy
We are dedicated in ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products purchased through our website. However, we regret to inform you that we do not, at present, accept any return or exchange or repairs of our products purchased through our website after the transaction has been completed.
In the unlikely event of the delivered product having a manufacturing defect, the Customer can contact us for returning the same. After verifying such manufacturing defect (if any), a confirmation email would be sent from our end. Only after such confirmation email, the process of returning the defective product(s) shall be initiated. The Customer must not return the product(s) without receiving such a confirmation email.
The defective products must be returned unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packing along with its original tags and the invoice, failing which refund may not be possible. The Customer must return the defective product within 15 days of receipt of the product by contacting us on 9870001023 or write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. For refund of the amount paid, please refer to the refund policy.
Cancellation of Orders by the Customer
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled before it is dispatched for shipment to the provided destination. On receiving a request for cancellation, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount paid for the product(s) in accordance with our refund policy.
A customer can apply for refund only in the case of returning a defective product or cancellation of an order prior to shipping.
